Illustration and packaging design for invented brand of cosmetic products Dalia.
I envisioned Dalia as a cosmetics brand that offers beauty products while being mindful about the importance of protecting the skin from UV rays and providing vitamin C intake.
My illustration for this project honours the majestic presence of the Sun, warming gently the Earth and its creatures. I used a joyful, energetic orange for the make-up base, as a reminder that with the right layer of protection, being in the sun is nourishing and healthy for the body and the mind. For the aftersun lotion, I opted for a peaceful blue, reminding of a relaxing summer evening.
